General

What does WhiteBoston do?

We build and run websites for real estate agents: neighborhood pages, AI-written monthly blog posts you approve, an instant reply to every lead, hosting and edits.

How much does an agent website cost?

Plans are $100, $150 or $200 a month. See what each includes on the pricing page.

Do I need to do any technical work?

No. We set up the site, connect your domain, and handle hosting, security certificates, updates and edits.

Who builds the site?

Emilly Humphress builds and maintains every site. Read more about us.

How do I get started?

Book a 15-minute call and we will look at your current site together.

Pricing and plans

Do I have to write the blog posts?

No. Blog posts are AI-written from your own writing samples and rules, and you approve each one before it goes live.

Can you rebuild my current site?

Yes. We can rebuild your current site. The rebuild price is set by fixed rules from its size and features: Free for up to 10 pages with no complex features. A small one-time fee for 11–30 pages or 1–2 complex features. Larger sites: contact for a quote. Quoted per project. A deposit may apply depending on scope. Your monthly plan applies after the rebuild.

Do you work with brokerages and teams?

Yes. Teams and brokerages: contact for a quote. Get in touch.

Do I own my site?

Yes. You own your domain and all of your content: pages, posts and photos. If you leave, you take it with you.

Can I keep my current domain?

Yes. We point your existing domain at the new site and redirect your old page addresses to the new ones.

What does "coming soon" mean?

Those features are not live yet. You are not charged for a feature until it is available.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time and keep your domain and content.

Why do you take a limited number of clients?

Every client gets personal attention: setup, neighborhood pages, blog posts and edits. Keeping the client list small is how we keep doing that work ourselves instead of handing it off.

Services

Are these part of the plans?

Yes. Websites, lead follow-up and blog writing are part of every plan. IDX is an optional add-on. See the pricing page.

Is IDX available now?

No. IDX is coming soon. You are not charged for it until it is live.

Do I need my own IDX provider account?

About us

Who runs WhiteBoston?

Emilly Humphress runs WhiteBoston and builds and maintains every site.

Who do you work with?

Solo real estate agents and small teams who want a site that brings in leads without learning a website builder or running a large platform.

How can I contact you?

You can email hello@whiteboston.com, call (270) 403-0442, or send a message with the form on this page.

Can we talk on a call instead?

Yes. Book a 15-minute call and we will email you to schedule it.

Do you only work in these states?

No. We work remotely with agents anywhere in the United States. These pages cover states we have written about so far.

Do you need to visit my market?

No. You tell us the areas you sell, and we build the pages from your knowledge of them.

Comparing options

Is a DIY website builder cheaper?

It depends on the builder and plan. With a builder you also spend your own time designing, writing and maintaining the site.

When is a large real estate platform a better fit?

When a team wants one system for listings, CRM and lead routing, and has time to learn and run it.

Can I switch from a builder or platform?

Yes. You keep your domain; we point it at the new site and redirect your old page addresses to the new ones.

What does WhiteBoston cost?

Plans are $100, $150 or $200 a month with optional add-ons. See the pricing page.

Are these real agents?

No. The agents, brokerages, towns and listings on the example sites are fictional. The sites themselves are complete and working.

Will my site look like one of these?

Your site is designed around your own market and brand. The examples show the kinds of pages every site includes.

What pages does a client site include?

A home page, neighborhood pages, a blog, a contact form with instant replies and, with the IDX add-on (coming soon), listings.

How do I get a site like these?

Book a call or see pricing.

What is the difference between IDX and an MLS?

The MLS is the database of listings. IDX is the set of rules and feeds that lets you show those listings on your own website.

Do I need to understand these terms to work with you?

No. We handle the technical work. The glossary is here if you want to know what a term means.
