IDX websites for real estate agents
Add MLS listing search to your real estate website with the IDX add-on: +$60/month, coming soon. We set up and manage the IDX provider for you.
Short answer
IDX lets your website show MLS listings. It runs on your own real estate license and MLS membership. We set up and manage the IDX provider for you and bill it as one add-on: +$60 a month on any plan. IDX is coming soon and is not billed until it is live.
How IDX works on your site
IDX (Internet Data Exchange) lets agents show MLS listings on their own websites under rules set by each MLS. The listing data comes through an IDX provider that is connected to your MLS.
We set up the IDX provider account, connect it to your MLS membership and add the listing search to your site, styled to fit. Direct MLS data feeds come later.
What you need
- Your own real estate license and membership in an MLS that offers IDX
- Nothing else: we set up and manage the IDX provider and bill it as part of the add-on
Do you need IDX at all?
Not every agent does. Listing pages show the same homes as other sites, so local pages and fast replies often matter more. Read IDX or no IDX before you decide.
